Every bedroom includes its own ensuite bathroom, offering privacy and comfort for all guests.
The separate main living pavilion features a fully equipped kitchen, open dining area, and a comfortable lounge space, ideal for gathering and entertaining. Step outside to enjoy the large deck, pool, and hot tub, or unwind in one of the many lounging areas surrounded by tropical landscaping. Guests also have access to beach chairs and can easily walk to the white sands and calm waters of Shoys Beach. A detached caretaker’s cottage is located on the gated property, offering on-site support while ensuring guest privacy throughout your stay.

Our 10-day stay at 3 Shoys was fabulous! The five en suite bedrooms situated off a beautiful courtyard offers a perfect layout for couples or friends traveling together, especially our family of 10. A few hiccups upon arrival were corrected immediately after notification. The kids enjoyed the pool, kayaks and playing cornhole, while the adults enjoyed relaxing on the large porch with an ocean view. Many fruit trees and flowering plants are identified on the property. One note - stay clear of the machineel trees along the beach and east property line. Local wildlife included iguanas, deer, mongoose dem and very large frangipani caterpillars. We would rent this house again. BTW, the house has 5 bathrooms and 2 half baths.
Shoy’s Beach House delivered on every promise and more. The house was immaculate on arrival, and everything worked — from A/C to appliances. The layout and amenities made our group’s stay both relaxing and fun. Quiet evenings on the beach, sun-filled mornings by the pool — a perfect balance. If you’re looking for a hassle-free, beautiful villa for a group getaway, this one’s a winner.
From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed. The villa’s layout — five private bedroom suites and a courtyard — gave each couple in our group privacy and quiet when needed. The air-conditioning, full kitchen, and washer/dryer made us feel right at home. The beachfront location was dreamy — waking up to the sound of waves was unforgettable. Highly recommend this villa for large groups or families wanting comfort and convenience.
