We saw multiple kinds of wildlife (Sea and Land types).Gated community and they take the gating seriously, we felt very safe even with teens staying back without an adult.A couple things to note:Water pressure is limited so plan around showers/washers/etc.Internet coverage/bandwidth is limited as well as streaming services are limited as well.Beach is accessible but not swimmable due to rocks and coral formations."
