The Cerulean – Oceanfront Luxury Retreat

Completely renovated inside and out with the best stocked kitchen we've ever had in a rented house. High point is the pool deck area. Unbelievable views. There is also a little beach area with chairs. Great snorkeling right from that beach. A little bit of a maze to get through some shallow areas but totally worth it. Lastly A review for Rich the property manager. We had a minor issue he resolved immediately early on a Sunday morning. He also got us connected with a rental car when all the travel sites and rental companies said none were available. We would definitely stay here again.

We had the pleasure of staying on this beautiful property for 2 months while we were on island for a local project. The house is inviting and accommodating. Each bedroom had its own on-suite bathroom giving everyone adequate privacy. The Kitchen is large making it perfect for larger groups or families. In addition, just 20 steps away from the main home, there's a cottage with 2 beds, a kitchen and full bathroom. Combined all of that with a large patio, pool, outdoor kitchen and its own beach, this property will not disappoint!

We had an incredible experience staying at The Cerulean, managed by Calabash Real Estate, during our recent trip to St. Croix. We especially want to recognize Rich, who was extremely accommodating and supportive when we needed to extend our stay due to unforeseen travel issues in the area. His professionalism, responsiveness, and calm guidance truly made a stressful situation much easier. The Cerulean is in a fantastic location with an amazing view — peaceful, private, and perfect for relaxing. The home is beautifully appointed, with a large, well-stocked kitchen, plenty of cookware and supplies, and wonderful outdoor amenities including a pool, grill, and fire pit. It offers the ideal setting for a Caribbean getaway. The layout is excellent for groups or multi-generational families: there are four spacious bedrooms in the main house, plus a separate fifth bedroom suite that provides extra privacy — a huge advantage. The home is quiet, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed for extended stays. Anytime we needed assistance, the Calabash Real Estate team was quick to respond and incredibly easy to work with. Their communication, service, and hospitality are truly top-notch. If you’re looking for a St. Croix luxury vacation rental with stunning ocean views, a family-friendly layout, and a responsive, trustworthy property management team, we highly recommend The Cerulean and Calabash Real Estate. Our stay at The Cerulean was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the property impressed us with its seamless indoor-outdoor living design — the light, breezy spaces and direct oceanfront setting made it feel both luxurious and relaxed. Each of the five beautifully appointed bedrooms and baths provided comfort and privacy, and the amenities - pool, AC, views, and kitchen appliances! Beyond the home itself, the service from the team at Calabash Vacations was top-notch. We especially appreciated that the manager took the time to walk us through the upcoming exterior work planned for the property.
